The purpose of the study is to analyze the problems of implementation of subjective factors of differentiation of legal regulation of labor relations, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving legislation in this area. The research work includes an introduction, the main part presented by the three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of sources and literature used. The first chapter explores the problems of unity and differentiation in the legal regulation of labour relations. The chapter also deals with possible forms of subjective factors of differentiation. The second chapter identifies problems related to the influence of the subjective factor of age on the differentiation of the legal regulation of labour relations, using the example of underage workers and employers and workers of retirement and preretirement age. In addition, recommendations are made for improving legislation in order to protect the rights of such persons. Chapter three examines the mechanism and forms of gender inequality in labour relations and proposes options for improving the legal regulation of labour relations with women in order to overcome gender inequality and protect their rights. The results of the study are summarized in conclusion.
