Status of State in Private International Law

In this final qualifying work, we will try to establish the position of the state in private international law, using the examples of countries such as Russia and Mongolia. The subject of my research is the position of the state in the system of private international law, the status of the state as a subject of international private law relations. The study will be based on a comparison of private International law in Mongolia and Russia, including a comparative analysis of the state's status in private international law in these countries. The purpose of my comparative analysis is to identify features, including differences and similarities in the two legal systems in order to identify prospects for improving a particular country's legislation, as well as to identify in practice the level of implementation and implementation of private international law. The work structure consists of the following chapters: Chapter 1- Private International law of Mongolia and Russia: comparison of legal systems Chapter 2- The position of state in the system of private international law in Mongolia and Russia Chapter 3- The immunities of foreign state in the law of Mongolia and Russia
