The thesis is devoted to the study of issues related to the criminal policy of the Russian Federation in the field of counteracting extremism. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of modern criminal policy in the field of counteracting extremism and the study of extremism as a phenomenon from the point of view of the criminal law and criminological aspect. The object of the thesis study is social relations arising in connection with the commission of extremist crimes. The work is based on the research of M.M. Babaeva A.E. Shalinsky, J. Richards, K.R. Abyzova, Yu. A. Klimenko, S.S. Boskhalova, A.S. Skudina, T.A. Aristarkhova, V.N. Andriyanova, V.G. Evelyn, etc. The structure of the work is determined by the goals and objectives of the study and consists of an introduction, three chapters, eight paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. The volume of work is 74 pages.
