The Conciliation Procedure in Civil, Administrative and Arbitration Processes in Russia: Common and Diverse Features

Today, there are significant changes in the procedural legislation. In particular, there was a unification and improvement of conciliation procedures in civil, administrative and commercial processes. The paper examines the history of the establishment of the Institute of reconciliation in Russia. The concept of conciliation procedures is revealed, and the types of reconciliation are characterized. Changes in legislation in the context of unification of procedural norms are considered. In this study, the author seeks to analyze changes in legislation in the field of conciliation procedures, their causes and consequences, expressed in common and diverse features of conciliation procedures in civil, administrative and commercial processes. Based on the analysis of procedural codes, it is concluded that there are unjustified contradictions in the legal regulation of conciliation procedures. The necessity of further improvement of the procedural legislation to get rid of unjustified contradictions.
