The topic of the final qualifying work is "Criminal proceedings against minors: Russian experience in implementing models of juvenile justice". The final qualification work consists of: introduction, two chapters divided into paragraphs, conclusion and list of references. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, subject and object of research. Also a research hypothesis: determining which model of juvenile justice is most favorably applicable on Russian soil. The first Chapter "the Essence and concept of juvenile justice: foreign and Russian experience" examines the concept of juvenile justice, foreign and Russian experience in the implementation of juvenile justice, as well as the main directions of modernization of the criminal procedure form for cases involving minors. The second Chapter "Implementation of concepts of juvenile justice in the modern Russian criminal process" is devoted to the most important applied aspects of the topic. It reveals the role of participation in the criminal proceedings of the legal representative of the minor accused, as well as the guardianship and guardianship authorities. In addition, it discusses the prospects for the introduction of conciliation (mediation) and recovery procedures, as well as the requirements for training professional participants in the process. In conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of the research are presented and the answer to the research hypothesis is given. The total amount of work is 61 pages.
