Subject of research: legislation governing lobbyism and other mechanisms for promoting private interests, as well as prospects for its development. Object of study: is the institution of lobbyism and other mechanisms for promoting private interests. Objective: to study the problems of legitimizing lobbyism in the Russian Federation, to study the practice of legal regulation of other existing mechanisms for promoting private interests The theoretical basis is constituted by regulatory acts of national and foreign legislation, doctrinal sources, and judicial practice.
