Conciliatory and Meditative Procedures in Intellectual Property Law Cases

In this paper, conciliation and mediation procedures in intellectual property disputes are examined through a historical and sociological prism. The author examines the specific composition of the parties to disputes in the field of exclusive rights and discusses the applicability and effectiveness of a mediation mediation procedure in disputes in which the subject matter is intellectual property. The paper also discusses the characteristics of individual mediation procedures and conducts a comparative analysis to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of each of them in the context of resolving intellectual property disputes. The relevance of the issue considered in the article is caused by a high load on the judicial system of the Russian Federation of intellectual property disputes, which will reduce the load on the judiciary and comply with the interests of all parties to the dispute.
