The paper analyzes the basic values of the libertarian theory of law. The main question posed in this work is: what freedom is and what are its limits. Also, issues of state intervention in the social and economic life of society are raised here and an assessment of the effectiveness of such intervention is given. At the same time, in this work, a new class approach to society is derived, based on the theory that there is a ruling class with access to a rule-making resource and a social class oppressed by the ruling one. A distinctive feature of this work from others on similar topics is the approach to libertarian law exclusively from a legal point of view, avoiding economic characteristics. This work may be useful to those who study anarchism, classical liberalism, and libertarianism. So, in it there is a historical characteristic and analysis of these ideas.
