In the present research the author carries out a comparative legal analysis of the Bar in Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan. The peculiarities of legal regulation of the Bar in these countries are revealed. Changes to improve the legislation in these countries have been identified.
