The theme of the graduate qualification work is "Procedural features of consideration of a case on protection of intellectual rights". The urgency of this work is primarily related to the rapid development of technologies, processes of informatization, digitalization, the emergence of new intellectual property objects and, accordingly, the development of the intellectual property industry itself. Human lifestyle and all traditional industries are changing (especially mechanical engineering). Today there are such technologies as 3D-printing, Internet of things, robotic production and many others. All these processes entail a constant need to improve legislation in the field of intellectual property rights protection. The development of the industry is impossible in the absence of a good level of protection of intellectual property rights. Every step towards the technological revolution adds new gaps in the existing legislation. In connection with the above, the disclosure of current procedural peculiarities of intellectual property cases has great practical value.
