This work is a scientific study of the impact of digitalization processes on the Institute of attorney-client privilege. The author studies the Institute of attorney-client privilege and its legal regime. The result of the research is a list of practical recommendations for ensuring the information security of information constituting a lawyer's secret in the course of a lawyer's professional activity.
