Design Project Vegan Café

When choosing the topic of visual research, first of all, I started from the topic of the thesis - “Design project vegan cafe”. In its concept, this type of nutrition as vegan excludes the use of animal products and implies the use of only plant foods. The question arose about what should be the space of a vegan cafe, where interior design would enhance the sense of nutrition and benefits that people get from eating plant foods. As a result, the idea arose to use plants and natural subjects as part of the design. Definitely, before starting to create a project, it is necessary to conduct a search and visual analysis of public catering places, in particular cafes and restaurants with floral interior design. This will help to find semantic and visual references, as well as to study and find out what institutions in this design category exist today, and to understand what methods and techniques designers use to create such interiors.
