Abstract to the master dissertation on topic “Legal Aspects of International Securities Circulation” The work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of international securities, as well as their role in the modern economy. The author analyses existing national and international approaches to the nature and interpretation of the term “securities” and their characteristics. In the process of writing a dissertation, a new “universal” interpretation was formed. The master's dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a bibliographic list. Chapter I discusses the legal features of the circulation of foreign securities on the financial market of the Russian Federation. Chapter II analyzes the legal features of the circulation of russian securities in international financial markets. Chapter III is devoted to current trends in the development of the global securities market. Based on the results of a study of accumulated practical and theoretical material, the author comes to the conclusion that there is a tendency to unification and harmonization of the legislation on the securities market, especially in the field of ICOs and tokens, since this area is promising and is developing rapidly. During the writing of this work, the main goal was fulfilled, namely: the study of the legal regulation of the securities market and financial instruments used in the international circulation of securities.
