Recently, the foreign policy of the United States of America has undergone significant changes. In this regard, it seems important to study the factors influencing the formation of modern US foreign policy, in particular, pressure from the business lobby, which has historically been the most influential lobby in Washington. The first chapter discussed the mechanism for developing foreign policy in the United States. The second chapter examined the evolution of the role of business in shaping the US foreign policy over the history and identified methods developed by business to influence centers of foreign policy decision making. The third chapter is devoted directly to comparing the influence of American business on the formation of US foreign policy under the administrations of B. Obama and D. Trump.
