Educational Programme: Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2020

In modern realities, most trade and production organizations are somehow connected with logistics operations and their costs, whether it is finished products, raw materials and supplies, auxiliary components. Therefore, regardless of the company’s chosen strategy, she should pay attention to improving both the logistics process as a whole within the organization and individual elements, for example, the logistics process in the warehouse. This set of measures can increase the level of service for servicing internal and external customers or, conversely, reduce the level of costs for these operations, which ultimately will positively affect the economic results of the company. This work is aimed at developing a system of measures to improve the warehouse facilities of a production and trading company, which will increase the efficiency of the company's business processes.
