Information Rights and Freedoms in the Context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution

This work examines the problems of the realization of information rights and freedoms in the Context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and development of the Internet. The digital revolution and the development of information technology have led to changes in society. In the information society, information rights and freedoms have become important. The main results of the work: 1) defining the three versions of correlation information rights and freedoms and the right to information; 2) definition of the information rights and freedoms; 3) identified the problems of the realization of information rights and freedoms in the Context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. 4) the idea was proposed to develop a Сode of ethics for the information society at the national level; 5) defining the two versions for regulating the protection of information rights and freedoms are presented in legal acts regulating the use of various types of technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
