The work consists of a series of 3 podcasts dedicated to the ways to surmount life crisis that people resort to instead of consulting a psychologist. The basic concept of the podcast is that these destructive patterns of overcoming life crisis are based on the phenomenon that psychologists call confluention. The feeling of relief that a person feels in this case is the result of blurring personality boarders, which could worsen the situation in the long run. The main objective of the project is to show the destructiveness of several behavioral patterns by analyzing personal stories of the people who used to keep these patterns but later rejected them. The project consists of 3 podcast episodes, each lasts approximately 25 minutes. We have presented personal stories of people who used to share ideas of religious fanaticism, joined radical movements or resorted to psychoactive substances in order to overcome life crisis. The product is based on the detailed personal stories of 2-3 heroes, who share their experience and the evolution of their views on the destructive behavioral patterns, as well as of their life perception in general. Moreover, each podcast episode provides expert commentaries on the personal stories.
