The Theory of Legal Language: Philosophical, Legal and Linguistic Aspects.

SUMMARY final qualifying work on the topic of " Linguistic Philosophy and Legal Language". In this final work of the proposed research is the philosophical, legal and linguistic aspects of the theory of legal language. The final qualification work consists of an introduction in which the relevance of the study is justified, the degree of scientific development of the topic is characterized, the object, subject, goal and objectives are determined, the methodological base of the study is described, the main conclusions of the work are formulated; and two chapters: the first chapter “Legal Language in the Context of Linguistic Philosophy,” presents the ideas of L. Wittgenstein and J. L. Austin, the development of these ideas in the works of G. Grice and J. Searle, describes the ideas of G. Ryle; in the second chapter “The Development of the Theory of Legal Language in G. Hart's Law Philosophy”, the theory of G. Hart's ascriptive legal statements is analyzed, the application of the philosophical ideas of the legal language theory in forensic science is characterized; and conclusions, which summarized the work and outlined the prospects for further development of the topic under study.
