The Image of Charecters in the Context of Modernity on the Example of Web Series

There is only several research on the topic of a young and modern cinematic format, namely the format of web series. The relevance of the work is determined, firstly, by the steady interest of the audience in web series, and secondly, by the need to comprehend the development trends of this direction of media in modern mass culture. Also, the relevance is to determine its value orientations by the example of describing the image of heroes. The purpose of the thesis is to identify and describe the key features of the image of heroes in web series, considering them in the context of modernity and to establish the differences between the images of heroes of web series and images of heroes in other media formats. Also, in this work, an analysis of the artistic features of web series will be carried out and practical methods will be given on their own pilot series of a web series.
