In the third section of the final qualification work an economic assessment of the proposed activities was carried out In conclusion, conclusions are made on the results of the final qualifying work. The total volume of the work is 89 pages, the text of the work is illustrated with 14 figures, 15 tables. 36 sources were used to prepare the final qualification work.
