Student: Berezina Anastasia

Supervisor: Yury Burtsev

Faculty: Faculty of Creative Industries

Educational Programme: Media Communications (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 8

Year of Graduation: 2020

The topic of my project is connected with the relevant problem of quick making high-quality films based on real events. The significant part of this work consists of the production of a short film script about a true story by myself. It is essential because I desire to check all the techniques that I will describe in my work on practice. This problem is quite topical because my hypothesis is that modern means of technical achievements allow screenwriters to create high-grade pieces in the shortest time possible. My research is based on watching films based on real events and reading their scripts, as well as watching interviews with their creators and reading special books on scriptwriting to upgrade my theoretical knowledge. Studying the topic of making scripts about life stories offers opportunities for prospective writers to come up with more success stories. The structure of my project contains the theoretical part, the project note, the query note, and the final script for a short film called A Prison Romance.
