Student: Nedostup Anastasia

Supervisor: Gasan Gusejnov

Faculty: Faculty of Creative Industries

Educational Programme: Journalism (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 7

Year of Graduation: 2020

The purpose of this work is to search for signs that are characteristic of one or another period in the Soviet educational policy, reflected in the academic journal «Children's Literature». In the course of this study, I used methods such as abstraction, analysis and comparison. It is assumed that the following results will be obtained as a result of the study: firstly, a clear periodization of the publication of the journal «Children's Literature» in the era of the USSR will be compiled - in this case, it is planned to analyze 4 periods: 30th, 40th, 50-60th and 70-80s of the XX century. Secondly, markers will be found that characterize these periods and reflect both the transformation of ideology and changes in the policy of general school and additional education. The introduction of this study will provide an overview of educational policy in the Soviet Union throughout the entire period of its existence.
