Communication in social networks penetrates more and more into the daily routine of modern human. Following the popularisation of social networks, large companies and corporations come to the Internet for their target audience. Traditional advertising is replaced by communication campaigns on social networks, providing an opportunity for businesses to communicate with their consumers. The purpose of this study is to identify significant criteria for the effectiveness of communication campaigns in social networks. The result of the research work was the development of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of such campaigns. The study will be useful to marketers, business owners.
