In times of instability and increasing economic risks, the issue of building sustainable and reliable supply chains is becoming more actual. However, this cannot be achieved without improving inter-organizational interaction. This final qualification paper examines the current state of the lubricants industry, examines typical problems of inter-organizational interaction of trade companies in this industry, provides the most likely causes of such problems and ways to solve them rationally. The outcome of this work is the developed system of measures to improve inter-organizational interaction in the supply chains of trading companies, as well as the definition of a rational sequence of these measures implementation. The main results of the work are the recommendations for the focus company (which are to a certain extent universal) on formalizing the processes of interaction with contractors, developing a service level agreement (SLA), EDI and VMI implementation, as well as changing the organizational structure of the company and improving the effectiveness of the employee motivation system. Volume: pages-160, figures-35, tables-24, sources-49.
