The Scale of Export Direct Investments from China as a Factor in Formation of New TNC's

This study presents an analysis of current trends in the formation of Chinese TNCs and other TNCs of developed and developing countries, their features of their functioning in the global economy. Currently, the most relevant trend in the global economy is the formation and development of Transnational Corporations (TNCs), which are created through direct foreign investment, or by combining large companies operating in several countries. TNCs have a huge impact on both individual industries and the structure of the global economy as a whole. Many countries have strategic government programs that stimulate the global activities of TNCs and facilitate their expansion.
