This paper reflects the theoretical and practical aspects of industry digitalization. The first Chapter examines global trends and prerequisites of digital technologies that allow creating opportunities and threats in the world of digitalization. The second Chapter of the master's thesis reflects the advantages and disadvantages of implementing digital systems in the industry and analyzes strategies for achieving digital transformation The results of the study allowed us to formulate recommendations aimed at optimizing the economic activity of industrial companies.
