Promotion and Distribution of Video Content for Different Digital Environments (on the Example of Projects: 1939.LIVE, 1945.LIVE and the Short Movie Dela Serdechnye)

This work is a theoretical note for the short film “Dela serdechnye” and strategies for its distribution and promotion. In its first part, a study of the ecosystem of video services in Russia is carried out, a distribution model and methods of promotion for beginners of low-budget video content are formulated. In addition, the distribution experience of the projects “Real 1945” and “1939.LIVE” was analyzed in order to compare distribution platforms. The second part of the thesis contains a detailed description of the stages of creating the short film “Cases of the Heart”, the problems that the producer encountered and with their account, the distribution and promotion strategy of the project is described.
