World agriculture is a key economic sector in many countries of the world. At the same time, this industry is subject to state regulation in order to protect national producers and domestic market. In the current situation in world agriculture, as well as in view of the growing disagreements regarding state support in the WTO, it is necessary to develop recommendations on additional obligations for WTO members. These recommendations will reduce distortion in international trade, as well as balance positions of countries in the world market of agricultural products.
