Application of a Decision Support System in the Banking Industry

Decision making under conditions of uncertainty and inaccuracy is one of the most complex problems of our time. The field of finance is one of the areas where decision making under conditions of uncertainty is of paramount importance. This work contains a study of such problems in the banking sector as low-quality work with large amounts of data, conflicting goals of different departments within the bank, and subjectivity in relation to customers. This paper describes how these problems can be solved or, processes associated with them, optimized by using decision support systems.
