Features of Financial and Transfer Relations in Football

The master's thesis analyzes the current state of key institutions of financial and transfer relations in football. The author's classification of financial football relations is presented. Special attention is paid to the functioning of solidarity mechanisms and financial fair play, as well as issues related to economic rights for football players. A separate point of the work is devoted to the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic on the football transfer market. To address the shortcomings identified in the study of the legal regulation of financial and transfer football relations, it is proposed to make changes to the current versions of the regulations of FIFA, UEFA and the RFU.
