Investigation of cognitive effect is a significant dimension in the entrepreneurship studies. The present research determines the effects of personal attitudes on entrepreneurs and the ecosystem through the modelling of individual values, employment status and entrepreneurship index. The objective and tasks of the current study describe the exploration of these categories’ relationship in cognitive scope. The research was provided in the quantitative form, implementing k-modes clustering methodology, logistic and ordinal regression analyses. Clustered groups represent cognitive components, and econometric estimations were performed on entrepreneurs and the ecosystem development index (GEI). The findings describe entrepreneurs as risk-thinking, creative, independent individuals, involved in political entities. At the same time, staying in line with the modelling results, a healthy entrepreneurship environment is provided through the population engagement in leisure and social activities. Generalized results define indirect dependencies for cognition factors on the entrepreneurship development indicator and entrepreneurs, as the ecosystem components.
