In the era of Internet development, this methodology should be an IT tool to meet the growing demands of modern times. This paper will describe the process of developing an organization's performance management system based on key performance indicators. To build this system, you need to perform several tasks: study existing methodologies and approaches to management, develop algorithms and formulas for evaluating future indicators, design a database for storing all the values of indicators and a web application for their visualization.
