In the modern world, where high technologies are applied in every industry, the speed of work is only growing, and competition is increasing every year, it is difficult for organisations to remain leaders without using special tools to manage business processes. There are various approaches to managing business processes, one of the newest is a subject-oriented approach. This study focuses on the role of cultural and psychological factors in the use of a subject-oriented approach to managing business processes. The purpose of the study was to identify the significance of cultural and psychological factors affecting business processes, which use a subject-oriented approach to management. The object of the study is the use of S-BPM in the university, and the subject is the cultural and psychological factors that affect the subject-oriented approach. The work consists of three chapters. The result of the study is a model of the learning process in the university with the described influence of cultural and psychological factors.
