The topic of visual research is "100 years of graphic design in VOGUE and HARPER'S BAZAAR" indirectly connected with the main task of the diploma — the creation of a new identity for the school of modern photography PHOTOPLAY. The purpose of my research is to analyze the development of graphic design in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. The main method of information analysis is a visual comparison. In the course of work, I demonstrated changes in the visual component of the two magazine covers, matching them in chronological order. Thanks to this principle can be seen as changing the structure of the magazines, their layout, design trends and graphic techniques. Not a few famous designers, illustrators and artists have influenced the formation of Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. In the structure of visual studies — a comparison. I decided to arrange the material for decades. Throughout the book stretches the timeline, which is the navigation, it marked the year in chronological order, and sometimes you receive information about important people who, one way or another, influenced the change of graphic design of Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. The result of my visual exploration — a variety of graphic and photographic solutions that changed and improved every year. Due to the information received, I am deeply immersed in the fashion world influential gloss, studied the works of famous photographers, illustrators, art Directors and editors. The research done helped me to feel better the nuances that affect a person's perception of photography and the image of a beautiful, interesting pictures.
