Research into Problems with Automation of Recruitment Process

The present Thesis concentrates on the study of problems with automation of recruitment. The main purpose of this work is to develop a roadmap of an automation process. The first chapter describes the theoretical background of the study. It examines recruitment as a business process, the urgent tasks of recruitment automation, and the current level of automation of this process in companies. The second chapter is devoted to methods and means of solving the problem of recruitment automation. The requirements for information systems are formulated and the classification of HR-systems is given in this part of the research. The third chapter discusses the process of roadmap development for recruitment automation, describes the most commonly used HR-systems, and includes an efficiency evaluation of the system implementation and use. The findings of this research might be relevant to recruiters, HR-department Heads as well as senior and line managers, and business owners who are potential idea initiators and driving force for implementation of the HR-system.
