One of the most popular trends in the modern world - the tendency towards globalization, the importance of the institutional and cultural foundations of universities is growing with increasing speed. In this regard, the university’s network interactions are also of great importance today, since often a regional university plays the role of a network integrator in the region, and its activities go beyond interactions with scientific or industrial organizations — network structures expand the systems of functional interactions with universities. Features of the organization of network universities form its interaction with several large groups of structures-from other universities and public organizations to banks and industrial enterprises, realizing its role at three levels: the macro level, implying interaction in the conditions of globalization, the meso level, implying interaction of the network University with national educational systems, and the micro level, implying interaction in a specific region. As we can see, the history of the development of universities has led to their global importance at all levels of the economy, including global development in General, and it is a network University that is able to provide interaction at all three levels, so it is necessary to understand their structure and due to what combinations of elements would provide the most useful effect of such institutions, which is the relevance of this work.
