The construction industry is one of the most important sectors in any country, accounting for up to 10% of GDP. In order for the industry to develop, it is necessary that the elements of the industry develop. According to Rosstat, in Russia in the first half of 2019, 4.7% more total areas of residential and non-residential buildings were put into operation in the State Tax Service in comparison with the second half of 2018. In Moscow, this figure for the first half of 2019 exceeded the second half of 2018 by 2.5 times. Thus, we see that construction companies are increasing their production capacity, however, as experience in the construction company Amtek Ltd. has shown, when increasing production capacity, often there are problems within the company, which subsequently affect the production processes. As a result, the company does not cope with the work as effectively as it could, loses profit, and its own costs associated with the internal functions of the company are growing. In the given work there is a question of the analysis of business processes of the organization and creation of recommendatory methodological base for their optimization.
