Application of Machine Learning for Automation of Diagnostics in Pulmonology

In the given work the researches of convolutional neural networks, their comparison on several parameters, revealing of the best neural networks for the decision of a problem of classification of diseases on radiograms have been carried out. The results show that the application of deep learning methods to bioinformatic tasks is promising.
