Analysis of High Yield Bond Market in the Russian Federation

The high-yield bond market is a new phenomenon in Russian practice. Many aspects of it have not yet been finalized, in particular the regulation, the level of interest rates, etc. Nevertheless, many are actively trying to invest in this direction, despite some uncertainty. The data from the Moscow Exchange will be used to test several regressions which will help with analysis of the main market characteristics. Using the examples of international regulation, I will try to create the optimal set of rules and restrictions for those bonds.
