The paper considers the opinions of Russian lawyers of the early twentieth century about English constitutionalism, expressed in their scientific works. The doctrinal and theoretical views of Russian jurists on the phenomenon of the English political system are studied, both within the framework of a scientific view and in the public sphere. The views of domestic jurists are closely intertwined with the life of the Russian public, therefore, the study raises the problem of the perception of English political experience by representatives of various political movements. The study proves the thesis about the significant influence of the English political experience on the representatives of Russian society in general and on the political views of Russian lawyers in particular.
