The paper is devoted to the trend of business ecoystem formation in the telecommunication industry. Nowadays, the market of traditional services of telecom operators is oversaturated, the demand for telephony is falling, and the competition for clients is growing. In such conditions the diversification of products and services of the telecommunication companies by creating an ecosystem is an attractive strategy. The main purpose of this study is to identify the trend of enterprise ecosystem formation and its impact on the modern way of doing business in the market of telecommunication services in order to increase competitive advantages through innovative partnership solutions.
