Implementation of a SLA Calculation System in a Commercial Bank

In today's world, with the development of industries, the complexity of controlling internal processes is also increasing. A large Russian commercial bank, N, employs a large number of people in various departments who perform a large amount of work every day to make decisions about lending to their clients. A joint project between Bank N and the IT company GreenData makes it possible to introduce into the existing information system of the bank's credit conveyor the possibility of controlling the performance of their tasks by employees. The given work is based on the real project of the author and is devoted to research of introduction of SLA in the information system of bank as the tool of measurement of efficiency of work of divisions and employees of commercial bank. The study analyzes the structure of the Russian commercial bank N, the business process of making decisions on granting loans to large customers with the participation of various departments. We consider a part of the process - the expertise of the security service as an elementary example of the task fulfillment by a specialized department in the information system of the bank. The development and implementation of the SLA calculation system will be described. After that, impersonal test data will be provided by the bank users, confirming the effectiveness of the implementation under study.
