Description, Analysis and Implementation of Processes Based on BPMN Notation

In recent years, the term “business process” has gained popularity. This is due to the fact that companies are trying to optimize their own activities, to increase the efficiency of the work process. By analyzing the processes that exist in the organization, you can identify their strengths and weaknesses, and find ways to get rid of unnecessary actions and pay more attention to really important aspects. The aim of this work is to introduce an improved workflow in a small business. As part of the goal, tasks are being solved, such as describing the economic model of the organization under study, as well as suggesting ways to improve performance indicators by putting forward a number of hypotheses, comparing them, identifying the best options and directly implementing the results into a real workflow. The result of the work is a real project, which is an optimized process of providing services to a client. The proposed changes have been introduced to better achieve the goals set for a small business that provides services in the field of rental of special equipment, in particular, mobile drilling rigs.
