The growing volume of sales through online channels of textile retailers necessitates the development or transition to omni-channel strategy, due to certain advantages over multi-channel strategy. A theoretical review of the implementation segment of the omni-channel concept by fashion industry retailers determines the meaning and essence of the direction, strategy advantages, obstacles and development trends, and forms the basis for a practical analysis of the industry representative pursuing an omni-channel strategy. In the conditions of the pandemic, ways to develop key factors for successful implementation of the omni-channel concept, analysis of key processes of the industry representative with the chosen strategy are proposed, identifying "weaknesses" and making recommendations based on the built theoretical basis, empirical observations of the author and expert opinion. Also, because of its greatest impact on the supply chain in terms of cost and quality of service, some tools are offered for objective and optimal selection of the carrier on the final stage of the supply chain. In addition, the study methodology provides fashion retailers with a systematic approach to organisation’s processes and identifies 'weak points' that affect supply chain performance across the B2C sector. The main purpose of the work is to form a theoretical basis for the rationalization and improvement of processes in the omni-channel system of the fashion industry retailer, which is achieved through the objectives and the given structure of the dissertation research. Nevertheless, the application of the proposed tools and methodology with a practical purpose assumes the necessity of their adaptation to the peculiarities of the structure and management of the target company, as well as in view of the research limitation, in terms of volume and insufficient amount of theoretical data on a number of directions, in the context of the given subject matter, it is assumed a purposeful study of researches connected with the mentioned methods of processes rationalization and improvement.
