Analysis of Leasing as Investment

This work is intended to analyze the leasing market and its variables and how leasing companies should build their strategy to be more competitive. After reviewing previous research, the right independent indicators were chosen. The aims and the ways to achieve them will be described. The whole article is structured as follows: the introduction provides the background information about leasing and how it works , the literature review pays attention to what resources and methods will be used to achieve the goal, result anticipated emphasizes the importance of this analysis and the conclusion analyses the possible results. The professional significance of this graduation paper is to follow the formation of the leasing market and the possibility to predict its future with minimal state statistics. Unfortunately, one of the main issues is the limited statistical data available. Moreover, this research work is unique because by analyzing the leasing portfolio of some companies we can hopefully explain why they are sustained and competitive on the market. In other words, which resources help them to develop on the market. I hope that this graduation work will be used for the future analysis for some leasing companies. The analysis in this paper was based only on one type of the leasing – financial. At the same time I suppose that in the future operating lease will occupy the main part of the market. Moreover, I suppose that this work will be useful for those type of people who are only started to analyze the leasing
