This research will examine the main factors that affect the state of corporate transparency of Russian companies. The purpose of this study is to provide statistical modeling of companies’ transparency. In the study will be used statistical methods to analyze data. It is assumed that the economic, social and environmental aspects of the company's activities affect its transparency.
