The introduction of the latest inventions in the field of information and computer technologies ensured a rapid increase in electronic commerce and an increase in its share in the global economy. The United States and China have been leaders in e-commerce for several years. Every year there is not only an increase in the volume of domestic e-commerce markets of these countries, but also an increase in the volume of mutual electronic commerce. However, due to the trade conflict between the United States and China in 2018, the situation in the e-commerce market has changed, while e-commerce representatives are experiencing a significant negative impact from the consequences of the measures introduced.
