Educational Programme: World Economy (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2020

In today's market, offshore zones have become one of the most frequently and successfully used by business and tax optimization tools. At present, they are used to implement a variety of schemes, which are designed, most often, to bring capital abroad, and less often - to attract additional resources in the economy in the form of foreign investment. At the present time the tasks of the Russian legislator on regulation and control of offshore activities are still not fully solved, as the corresponding system is rather complicated in execution and implementation, and the changing world tendencies lead to the need to develop new or improve the existing measures on deoffshoring, aimed, as it has already been noted, at ensuring the economic security of the country. The aim of the research is to reveal the degree of influence of offshore zones on economic security of the Russian Federation and reduction of capital outflow abroad.
