Nowadays, due to stiff competition in the domestic market, companies are forced to look for new ways to increase sales and create value for consumers. One of the possible options for achieving these goals is to enter international markets. The issue of entering international markets requires an in-depth analysis of internal and external factors affecting the choice of strategy. This master thesis involves studying these factors in the fast-fashion industry and allows them to identify recommendations for companies planning to develop international markets.
