Ways to Improve E-Commerce Regulation System within the European Union

Nowadays, digitalization is an inalienable part of most companies. Within the development of Revolution 4.0 enterprises are changing their business models, introducing new technologies to their operating part. Retailers today are going online, generating e-commerce marketplace. The scope of this study is to analyze current condition of regulation system of e-commerce in the European Union and to suggest possible ways to enhance it. In this research systematic approach will be used in order to conduct theoretical analysis of diverse articles, documents and reports. Data collection and evaluation analysis will be used to reach the target goal. Moreover, to make a comprehensive review, as a practical part will be used statistical model, based on data gathered from data bases.
